Mr. Lowe has more than 30 years of experience in the minerals industry, including 18 years at BHP and a decade pioneering deep-sea exploration. He led world-first deep-sea discoveries in Papua New Guinea and Tonga, including the first reportable polymetallic-nodule resource in the Clarion-Clipperton Zone.
