Mr. Ruddell is a former Vice President of BHP and has also worked for Rio Tinto and BP. Most recently, he served as a senior advisor in private equity with EMR Capital. He brings more than 35 years of global executive experience across the full resources value chain, including strategy, commercial development, M&A, marketing, development studies, project delivery, capital management and operational leadership.
