Mr. Willis holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Applied Chemistry. He has more than 40 years of process-engineering experience, including 31 years working with complex hydrometallurgical processes for base-metal recovery. He was involved in DeepGreen’s polymetallic-nodule process-development program and has worked on more than 30 laterite-nickel projects.
