Krystal Wedge is a corporate executive with 17 years of experience in management, governance, capital markets, and corporate finance. She specialises in public offerings, equity raisings, and debt financing in sectors including mineral resources, agriculture, and private equity. With extensive experience on various listed exchanges, she has worked with companies from early-stage exploration to full-scale production, playing a key role in discovering and developing significant mineral deposits in Australia and internationally. Krystal is a Graduate of the Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
